How to Make Tofu with Mushroom and Pork Mash
Cut the chicken breasts into very, very small pieces and marinate them in soy sauce and pepper for about two hours, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking.
Wash the mushrooms and soak them, keep the mushroom water intact.
Dice the mushrooms, green onions, garlic, red pepper, and green onions.
Wash and cut tofu into small cubes
Heat the oil, add the red bell pepper and sauté for ten seconds. Then add green onions, stir-fry for another two seconds and serve.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and stir fry, add the diced meat and stir fry, add the mushrooms and stir fry for another two seconds. Pour in some light soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper and mushroom water and simmer the sauce. About 3 minutes.
Add the tofu and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, until the tofu is flavored.
Add the green onions and cilantro, stir-fry for 2 seconds and serve. Sprinkle the red peppers and green onions on top of the tofu, it’s ready to serve. I can make this dish once a week from now on. It’s great.
