Hanging Noodles and Dragon Noodles
How to make tomato and egg noodle soup
Prepare chopped onion and garlic and diced tomatoes.
Beat the eggs.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, stir fry for a couple of minutes to soften the tomatoes.
Pour in two small bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat
Add a handful of hanging noodles and bring to a boil again
Flavored or lightly seasoned with soy sauce
A little oyster sauce for freshness, add some salt.
Pour the egg mixture along the spatula and turn off the heat to smother for about three minutes.
Sprinkle a little green onion on the pan.
