How to Make Tofu and Tomato Stew
Peel and dice tomatoes.
Tofu diced, mushrooms cut into small sections.
Heat a pan to cool oil, oil temperature 70%, the tomatoes, sugar, salt, tomato paste soy sauce, sauté on medium heat to get red oil.
Stir fry until the tomatoes are soft, add half a bowl of water.
When the water comes to a boil, add the tofu and mushrooms, and simmer over medium-low heat. After about seven or eight minutes, and the sauce has tightened, put a little bit of minced onion.
Assemble the plate.
