How to make Tomato Pimple Soup (no drop of water mixed with pimples)
Three tomatoes and three eggs are reserved.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (as small as possible), as I prefer to fry them.
3 cups of noodles (the usual measuring cup for steaming rice) and 3 eggs. Place the eggs in the noodles and begin to mix, in the same direction, quickly. Pick a larger container that is more conducive to mixing.
When the mixing is complete, reserve. If you have larger bumps, use chopsticks to separate them and make them as small as possible.
When the oil is hot, add the tomatoes and stir-fry. You can stir-fry the soup a little longer.
This is sautéed tomatoes, soupy and thick.
Add salt, add water and bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, put the stirred lumps, into the pan, while stirring with chopsticks. Bring to a boil and remove from the pan.
It’s thicker because it’s eaten as a staple and the mix has more lumps. If you like it thinner, you can put more water in it or mix in fewer lumps.
2:The seasoning is also quite small, I only put salt in the tomatoes when I sautéed them, I didn’t put any other spices. It’s up to you, if you like other seasonings you can add a little bit, light soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, etc.
3:This kind of lump is stronger because of the egg added, so it won’t be lumpy. Try it if you like the texture.
