How to Make Tomato Pot-Vegetable Casserole
Wash and dice the tomatoes, without peeling them
Heat directly in a fondue pan, add some oil, add the tomatoes and fry them through, softening them.
Add beef stock or chicken stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, add salt and a small spoonful of light soy sauce.
Prepared side dishes because of weight loss and eating more vegetables
Put in the end of celery (I used parsley), the bottom of the pot is complete, really tasty
