How to make tri-colored dumpling skin
Juice the spinach and carrots separately, pour each into the plain flour and knead into a ball, plain flour and water knead into a ball, three different colors of flour knead well and wake up for half an hour.
Take three tri-colored dough pieces of the same size, knead them together into long strips, and cut them into the dough as shown in the picture on the left. Fennel meat, you can wrap it in your favorite filling, and I’ll just explain how to make the dumpling skin here
Roll out the dough as shown in the picture above, but the same as usual with the addition of two colors of dough pieces.
