How to Eat Empty Cabbage in Two Ways
Wash the empty cabbage, separate the stems from the leaves, and cut the stems into short pieces.
Sour beans, morning glory, onion and garlic are all chopped.
Put a little oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add the pepper and garlic and fry on low heat.
Put in the hollow vegetable stalks and stir-fry for a moment.
Add a little oil and stir-fry evenly.
Add the sour beans and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Season with chicken extract and sprinkle with green onions.
When the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the cabbage and stir fry until it shrinks in shape.
Season with a little chicken extract and serve.
You can also add ground meat.
