How to make cold udon noodles
Bring water to a boil, and when bubbles appear, add the udon noodles. When the udon noodles swell and float, remove from the heat and pass through cold water. Put them on a plate.
Shredded chicken, carrots and green pepper. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and stir-fry for ten strokes. Add the carrots and peppers and stir-fry ten times. I don’t think it matters if the carrots and peppers are cooked or not. The raw carrots and peppers also have a different flavor, crisp and sweet.
Take a bowl and make your own sauce according to your eating habits. I like vinegar, so I added a lot of aged vinegar. When it wasn’t good enough, I added soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce. Both the teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce were super tasty (❁´◡`❁)*✲ﾟ*!
Pour the sauce over the udon noodles and mix well. Sprinkle the side dishes on top, and let’s eat!
