Super detailed version-Fruits and vegetables with egg yolk and melted beans-no sugar, no starch.
Start with the fruit and vegetable puree, which is carrots steamed thick, peeled and unbeaten
Tomatoes, purple potatoes, butternut squash, spinach, carrots (spinach must be blanched and mashed to remove oxalic acid)
It’s the same as with the beans. Wash the eggs.

With lemon juice, mostly to get rid of the fishy egg smell.

Mix the carrot puree with the milk powder first.
Add to egg yolks, toss to coat, or beat with a whisk.
Preheat oven to 120 degrees.
Squeeze them one at a time, about 1 cm each, leaving a little space between them, and the melted beans will expand as they roast.
