How to make vegetable noodles
Tear the seaweed into small pieces, dice the tomatoes, chop the coriander, boil the spinach in water, “add some salt and cook for two minutes”, and remove from the water.
Put a spoonful of oil, fry the ginger first, add tomatoes. Add water, for the two of us, I added two and a half bowls of water. Boil the water for the noodles, then put in the other side dishes except for the cilantro, when the noodles are done. Put a toss of salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, and sesame oil. And it’s ready to go.
