How to make vegetarian stir-fried mushrooms (delicious and immune boosting)
Wash the apricot and flat mushrooms.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into strips.
Tear strips of flat mushrooms.
Heat a pan with some oil.
Pour the mushrooms down and stir-fry a few times with salt.
All over high heat.
About three minutes is enough, turn off the heat.
Remove from the pan and serve.
