How to make walnut crumble
Toast the walnuts in the oven at 150 degrees for 3 minutes.
Cooking oil with powdered sugar and salt
Add baking soda and mix well
Add one egg and mix well
Stirring until drawing effect
Add the flour and chopped walnuts and stir
knead until a ball
About 15-20 balls a piece, roll and flatten in the palm of your hand and place on baking sheet tin foil.
Brush the top crust of the walnut puff pastry with egg wash and add sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees in the upper and lower ovens for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the oven.
The skin can be browned.
