I’m on a diet here for lighter flavors, so I put in very little seasoning, and I love the pepper flavor so I put in a super lot! Pepper! You can adjust it to your own taste.

Dried scallops (optional)
Crab fillets (exchangeable for shrimp)
White pepper (black pepper)

6 scallops soaked in hot water first, 2 sliced chicken breasts cut into puree
Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce to the chicken mixture and set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, shred the scallops, chop the crab fillets, cut out the corn kernels, and cut out the broccoli as soon as the ones on top are chopped, and reserve.
Mix these with the chicken breasts.
Start to gently knead the chicken breasts with your hands into a piece of patty like this (if you’re skilled enough to knead the patty a little thinner, it will taste better)
Add a little oil to the pan and fry on low heat.
Flip the meat over frequently, using a toothpick to pierce the holes evenly in the center to cook the meat, about 10-15 minutes total cooking time.
Fry it until it’s golden on both sides!
