Ingredients are as shown.
Melt the butter, add the cheese slices and continue to stir until melted.
Add the light cream.
Add honey and stir well.
Take a slice of toast and spread it with the cheese batter (don’t sprinkle the sliced almonds with this step yet, add them halfway through the baking process or they will turn brown)
Bake in a small red pan on a sheet of baking paper at the highest temperature for about 10 minutes (open 2 or 3 times in the middle to check the coloring, then decorate with sliced almonds when the toast is lightly browned).
This one is without the sliced almonds.
Golden and crispy, creamy and rich.
