How to make whole wheat star bread
Soak dried butterfly bean flowers in boiling water.
Prepare the contents.
Mix high gluten flour + whole wheat flour + powdered sugar + yeast, take about 180 of the juice and mix to make a smooth dough. Add the softened butter and continue beating until the dough expands and a membrane can be formed.
Ferment for the first time at room temperature until doubled in size (28 degrees for 45 minutes).
Adding to the mix
Wrap into the dough without exposing it, then close the mouth and pinch tightly.
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour evenly over the rattan basket and place the dough in lightly with the dough closing side up
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for the second time, until it is almost flush with the rattan basket.
Take out the dough and place it on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
