The grapes were cut, washed and dried. I washed them the night of the 15th and vinified them the night of the 16th.

4 days, has been a lot of grape juice. For the first 3 days, I opened the lid every night and let the wine out, but on the fourth day, I left it in a cool and ventilated place and let it develop freely. 30 days later. Let’s see how it goes, my first time doing it.
