How to Make Winter Melon Prawns with Garlic in Casserole
Slice the melon a little thicker, and let it sit for a little longer. Brush the bottom of the casserole with a little oil to prevent the melon from burning.
Remove the shrimp threads, open the back and marinate with wine and ginger for 10 minutes.
Prepare another frying pan with a little oil, when the oil is hot, add the shrimp and stir-fry them, don’t take too long, just break them off.
Stir-fried shrimp laid on top of the melon in the casserole, eaten on its own, it doesn’t matter how well it’s put together!
Add a small amount of oil into the frying pan. When the oil is hot at 40%, add the minced garlic, a spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt.
The last look of the garlic.
Pour into a casserole dish
Casserole on the fire, gas after 5 minutes off the heat, and then let it sit for 3 minutes to eat it!
Sprinkle in a little green onion and you’re ready to eat! I love the melon underneath, it absorbs the freshness of the shrimp and the aroma of the garlic, the taste is first class!
2. The shrimp must be fresh, preferably open back, more flavorful.
3. You can add more garlic to make the aroma stronger.
4. This dish does not need a drop of water, the water in the melon is enough!
