Apples (or peaches, plums, pears, etc.)
Isomaltulose (can use white sugar)
Cinnamon powder (you can put more if you like)
How to make a winter warming fruit dessert
Crush and cut the juniper berries.
The mixer is not very easy to beat, flatten and cut twice. Myristica powder can be bought ready-made, or you can leave it out.
Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the fruit, over medium-low heat! Fry until browned and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Sprinkle in the sugar and toss well
The fruit took on a burnt red color.
Add the wine (if you don’t want the pot to catch on fire, cover it with a lid), because of the high temperature, the wine will catch fire and the flame will give the fruit. Add some of the aroma of the wine. ⚠️For those who are afraid of fire, you can skip this step!
The fruit is ready to be fried and is delicious served warm. I love to use these fruits in the kitchen with some cream. Mixing the wine in the cream, whipping up the caramel sauce, and sprinkling a little cinnamon over it is especially perfect!
Everyone makes cakes, but there are many kinds of desserts, from life and from your heart!
