How to make shrimp and cucumber wonton with minced pork and green onions
Shell and cut the fresh shrimp and reserve. Peel the cucumber (personally, I don’t like the skin, so I peeled it) or leave it unpeeled, to your liking, smoked, salted and dried Moisture. Chop the onions small. The ingredients are almost ready.
Then mix the trap (note: the cucumber must be wrung out a little, if you are afraid that the cucumber has water is not good to pack, you can add a little cornstarch. )
Then you can start wrapping wonton.
Add green vegetables and seaweed, super delicious.
