【Ingredients】(1 6-inch quantity) 60g of soybean dregs, 60g of low gluten flour, 1 egg, 50g of dark chocolate, 50g of butter, 20g of unsweetened cocoa powder, 20g of brown sugar, 20g of coconut flower sugar, 3g of baking powder, 2g of baking soda, 1g of salt, chopped walnuts to taste.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and toast the walnuts for 5 minutes.
❸ Melt the chocolate and butter in water to form a chocolate liquid.
❸ Add the brown sugar, coconut flower sugar and salt and mix well.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the dregs and mix well.
Add the sifted flour (low gluten flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda), and mix well.
Add some of the chopped walnuts, mix well, pour into the baking mill and sprinkle the remaining chopped walnuts on the surface.
❽ Preheat oven to 180 degrees, toast for 20-25 minutes, cool, cut and enjoy!
❖ I used some of the coconut flower sugar instead of brown sugar, or just brown sugar.
❖ Brownies must be chilled (preferably at least 3 hours in the fridge) before cutting or they will fall apart; if you don’t have to cut them, you can certainly enjoy them while they’re hot!
❖ This recipe still tastes like a good drip, but I don’t know if it’s the rush or the recipe ratio, but my brownies fall apart a bit easily! The texture is also a little drier. I looked up a lot of recipes, some say to use high gluten flour, some increase the proportion of eggs, this interested in the shoes can try it yourself! One down.
