They say you have to eat less sweets to lose weight, and it’s true, but I can’t do it all the time. So when I used to lose weight, if I had a craving, I would make this to satisfy myself.
It really makes me feel happier and less guilty after eating it! I know diet girls get upset when they eat too much, but since it’s homemade, there’s really a lot less sugar and oil than out there! Yes, you can have some, but just the amount.
There’s no need to keep suppressing yourself just because you’re trying to lose weight, as extreme suppression can lead to overeating, which is even worse.
