How to make a cute cow heart madeleine
Melt the butter over water and add the powdered sugar.
Beat with a whisk until the powdered sugar is melted.
Add the eggs in two batches.
Add the sifted powder. Flip the batter to mix well. Do not over mix, just mix well.
Place the batter in a piping bag.
Squeeze a portion of the batter into the mold first, about as much as will cover the cow’s face, and place 1/4 slice of cheese in each cow.
Squeeze in the rest of the batter until the molds are 8-9 minutes full.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes on medium heat. The thing that sets Madeleine apart from other butter cakes is the little hill that arches up the back.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
When cool, use the chocolate to draw the eyes of a cow on the cake, seal the cake and keep it refrigerated or at room temperature.
