The first day out of the oven, the outer shell was relatively dry, the inner core was soft; the next day, the whole cookie would be a little more moist than the first day, with a softer texture, very good!

Melting butter into liquid form
Stir in the sugar and salt, then stir in the eggs.
Sift in all powders and mix well.
The state of the mix is as shown in the diagram; because of the different water absorption of the flour, observe the state and increase or decrease the flour when appropriate.
Add the meat loaf and toss.
Add the shallots and toss; afterwards, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Split into small balls of about 20g/each and press slightly; be careful not to press too flat.
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 9-10 minutes. Each oven temperament is different, home oven can be lowered by 10-15 degrees Celsius.
