Beat the Oreo cookie crumbs and chopped walnuts at 5 second speed 6!
Put in the butter and mix well for 2 minutes v speed 2!
Place the mixed cookie bases in the molds, flatten them out, and refrigerate for a while!
There is no special choice of moulds, just anode or non-stick, solid or live bottom! Because no water bath is required, bake normally!
Note that if using a regular mold, grease the inside of the mold and sprinkle it with a low powder to make it easier to release! If it’s a non-stick mold, this step can be skipped!
Combine the light cream, butter, and sugar in a saucepan for 2 minutes at 100 degrees speed 2 and mix well!
Pour out the mixture for later!
Add the room temperature softened cream cheese and smooth at a speed of 5-6 beats a minute!
Once the cream cheese is smooth, turn on speed 4 and at the same time, pour the light cream butter mixture you made earlier, through the hole, until the liquid is completely mixed into the cheese!
Blend just until smooth! No specific time, so just turn on speed 4 and add the liquid in small amounts multiple times!
Put the cornstarch, whole eggs, yolks, and yogurt all in the main pan! Mix at 5-6 a minute!
For a more delicate effect, prepare a strainer and pour it directly through a sieve into the cake mold!
No water bath required, bake directly in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 45 minutes! Temperatures and times are for reference only, and still need to be adjusted to suit your oven temperament!
Cool it down, take it out of the oven, and enjoy!
