Zero mistakes! All egg tarts! approach
Tart Crusts Take out and temper before all is prepared.
Stir in the milk, sugar and condensed milk.
Whisk the eggs and milk at room temperature, remember to whisk, not machine whip!
Filter twice and pour into the tart crust, as it will shrink back when cold and can be 9 minutes full.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, bake for 25 minutes in the middle (including topping). Bake for 25 minutes (including glaze). If you like the tart base to be a little crispy, you can bake for an additional 10 minutes at the end of the cooking time.
20 minutes for the tart to start colouring.

Condensed milk can be added or not, self-adjusting sweetness.
Room temperature milk can be any brand of pure milk.
Remember to filter, not filter the taste is not good.
